So, I will say it: going from an assistant position to Site Command almost always ends badly, as no assistant position/involvement will give you enough experience to jump straight into CL5.
In terms of application, it is extremely lacking—it is short, with many missing responsibilities and duties, which only proves my previous point—that you do not have a sufficient knowledge of the Overseer Council.
Your lore is very short and doesn't show the documentation skills needed to become one of the RP leaders.
I believe you should go for a senior CL4 position and get a better hold on the administrative side and knowledge of the Council, all in all.
Positives are that you are active and do get yourself involved as an Overseer Assistant.
