When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: To anyone that has either looked at his face or has seen his face. No he cannot bline for d-block.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: grab scrambles to avoid any risk for him to become agro, attempt to place a bucket over his head to avoid anyone else from seeing his face, beam him to make him pacified, cuff him, then attempt to get to his cc as quickly as possible before anything can happen.
