can't wait for HCZ sweeps to take 1-2 business days and getting infected by every single disease known to mankind right as I spawn.

Adds more dynamic to HCZ, no long boring 7722-held corridors, now we have an aesthetically pleasing, well made HCZ.
This will take time for E-11 etc to learn as it's way more complicated but this new HCZ suits RP and SCP breaches.

Through time and years, visuals improve and so does technology to render it. I can't account for people who still play on a Pentium G6950 Processor with 2GB DDR2 RAM

Visually I think it is amazing, I love the style of it, the vast openness of large areas, and it is a vast improvement over the older HCZ Update. However I feel it is much to complex for newer players. The older HCZ was simple, you go either left or right now there are two exits, two floors and some people have referred to it as a meze. I'd have to agree, you can go around and around the same areas repeatedly although I understand this is a new update most people found the older HCZ easy to remember and easy map in their heads and it'd be easy to take new players on a tour of HCZ. Now, well. Now you can't do that lol,
Personally. I would suggest taking some areas out to make it easier to navigate and adding HCZ maps in HCZ with the location on it (Almost like at theme parks) that way newer players can use the maps to navigate around HCZ
