There are a few reasons as to why I'm applying to Site Advisor. I'd say the main one would be simply, boredom. I don't really do much on the server. I don't really have responsibility, though I do wish to have some form of role that has responsibility. Essentially, I want something to do. Site Advisor is a role that isn't too far up the chain, and doesn't necessarily command an entire department on its own. It isn't even really a "Head" of a Department, although does assist in Site Administration, which is the head of the entire site. Site Advisor is, in my opinion, a role "below" Departmental heads, but still above things such as Assistant or other CL4. It's not an easy job, I know, but it is still something I wish to become. Site Advisor is still an incredibly important role that requires a lot of effort and quite a bit of time, but isn't a role that requires a lot of experience. To put it simply, I think this role is for me.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I'd say there are 3 main factors that make me suitable for Site Administration. Factor 1: I already have some experience with Site Administration, due to my role as an Overseer Assistant. Overseer Assistants help with Site Administration as essentially a bi-product in assisting the Council. Due to this, I do have some experience with both overseeing a department/a group of individuals. This experience is amplified with my role as a Captain of Security. Within GENSEC I was assigned with basically overseeing everyone, and was given seniority by the then Chief Shino. With this seniority I was given the role of keeping D-Block under control, including command over other Captains. This was similar to a mini site, as I had to control GENSEC and other personnel entering D-Block. I had to ensure everything went smoothly. This, once more, gives me some experience. I also have pretty good RP skills, and knowledge of the SCP Universe that I gained through my roles on the server, as I had to do research myself. The second factor as to why I am suitable is my leadership capabilities. It's a bit silly to say that considering it's a GMod Server, but I do still believe that people listen to me more than others. I'm not saying this in an egotistical way, it's simply something I have noticed. I have the capability to go from being friendly and nice to people, to commanding and authoritative. This works in with people listening, since they know I'm being serious, and when I'm not. Of course, this doesn't work with everyone since some people don't listen but it is still a noticeable quality. The 3rd, and final, factor that makes me suitable is my way of playing the server. As mentioned, I can go from friendly to serious. This is an important quality, in my opinion. I somewhat dislike being constantly serious. This may be a negative, considering being serious is an important part of being Site Administration, but constantly being a hardass on everyone is both annoying to myself, and others. It makes your relations with people sour, and being a good public person is important for such a role. Having a good reputation in the community, but still being serious is what I can do. I can have some fun, but then be serious when the time comes. Obviously as Site Administration I keep the fun to a minimum, as being captured by CI is likely. Think of it like politics, a strange example but if you're a constantly serious person who never visits their people, they may begin to resent you as they dislike that aspect, but being in the middle road is important and a good way of having good relations. This can be said for the server too, as being a fun capable person who isn't a constant hardass allows for people to not be bias against you because of your seriousness, as seen with specific examples on this server, not naming anything. I understand my weaknesses, but intend to improve upon them should I, or should I not, be accepted as an Advisor, namely documentation work.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
There are a few main responsibilities of Site Administration in RP. Their main job is what their name is, Site Administration. They deal with internal and external administration issues that have to do with the site, and is normally too much to handle for smaller groups such as Internal Affairs, but isn't needed to be dealt by the top dogs such as Ethics. They are the middle way, the figurehead "lead" of the facility, though are not a placebo or fake leadership. They do actually do administration, such as dealing with paperwork and general running of the site. They are the ones that people are allowed to go to for public questions, without needing to resort to the Council or Ethics, and normally have quite a lot of responsibility and power. Site Administration also oversees the departments and reports findings and such to the Council and Ethics, and also to themselves as they are the ones that mostly deal with issues within specific departments. They also deal with relations between other sites and GOIs, though this may be moved up towards Ethics or the Council depending on the severity of whatever they are dealing with, such as GOC relations. Site Administration are capable of allowing people on site, such as MC&D, and doing mass site operations such as amnesticating the entire Site. Site Advisors fall under Site Administration, and are essentially the main backbone of it. Although the Site Directors hold the most power, and are the ones to deal with the more higher-level situations, Site Advisors deal with more minor issues, report issues to the Directors, and generally oversee what goes on. They normally get reports from department heads, either directly asking for it or simply receiving it, and then use information given to them to determine what they will do next. They assist departments with any issues that they have, and assist the Directors and help them run the site. In a rare case, they may be needed for relations and so may be sent to the GOC or CI as a diplomat, though unlikely due to them not being the most high rank in the Foundation. In short, Advisors are essentially the direct Assistants to the Directors of the Site, advising them on what's going on, what needs to be done, and commonly will do some administrative work themselves.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Zack Andreev is an Assistant working for the Overseer Council. His exact origins are currently undocumented by Foundation but it is confirmed he was born in the United Kingdom, and has affiliation with ██████. It is unknown whether he knows of █████ or not, but it is confirmed, considering the Surname. The following is from the end part of an Interview with MTF Alpha-1 CPT ███████ about Andreev:
[PLAYING AUDIO]
"Despite working with him for a while, both apart of the force and as an Assistant, I barely know the guy. It's not that he's necessarily a secretive guy, even considering his job but, it's almost as if it's all covered up. I'm not the one to ask questions, but I'm just curious."
"Thank you for your Input, Captain. This Interview is over."
[The Audio cuts out.]
As of late, Andreev has been requesting information about the Site Administration position of "Site Advisor", and it is assumed he will request a possible transfer to Site Administration, or request a job at Site Administration. It is unknown as to why he has begun to become interested in the position, though is not necessarily an issue.
[The File simply ends here...Strange. Must be technical bug, you'll report it to IT later.]

"Validus" was a codename Zack Andreev went by. Zack Andreev was publicly announced MIA after his transfer to Alpha-1, as to tie up loose ends, though after his employment as an Assistant he was no longer considered MIA. His affiliation with ██████ made him a target from some GOI, though he has yet to have been captured, and has no known knowledge on these attempts. He is known as a quite "silly" individual from some site staff. His request to transfer to Site Administration on Site 65 is a strange case, due to his relations with the site staff. He may be a good candidate, however, due to people trusting him and being friendly with him. The Council are still deciding on the transfer.

The only documented origin of Andreev is that of his father, Michael Andreev. He is a ex-Soviet Scientist employed by the Foundation, though was known to do his own experimentation in his own time, resulting in his Termination, unknown to his son. It is assumed that this experimentation was performed on Andreev, though the affects are unknown, and are unknown if they are anomalous. Our current information on Andreev is that he is a Russian born in the United Kingdom to Mr and Mrs Andreev, and joined the Foundation due to his father. Previous education includes simple Primary School and High School knowledge, achieved an A-Level in Computing and Business studies and graduated University, though records on what he studied are unknown, and are likely a lie. Previous occupations include working at Tesco's for 1 Year, though any other occupations have not been submitted or documented. It is highly likely that Andreev's father pulled strings for his employment into the Facility.
