neutral

while you do have RC experience and have a good amount of time on the server your activity is my primary reason why I will stay at a neutral. NHC applicants have to realize that to really save and or benefit NATO you will have to play more than you expect. While your true leadership skills come from helis I would question how you would run all of NATO as most of the fundamentals of leading comes down to pure ground combat and understanding how to time your assets.

I hope you take more time leading wars on NATO. As I am quite unsure of your leading capabilities.

Admits to crashing out under stress, which is a big problem for a role like NHC.
You say you’re good at leading wars, but I haven’t seen you lead for NATO in a long time. From what I’ve heard, you also don’t lead much in JAF.
You claim you never give up, but I’ve seen you give up multiple times while in JAF.
There’s nothing that really makes you stand out as the best candidate. Leading wars well is something every HC should do, it doesn’t make you the best choice.

I’d recommend getting more leadership experience and giving a stronger reason why you’re the best pick for HC.

I believe JAF is getting to a better place but not currently a place where you should leave it. Same reasons as Aces too. I believe you do have the capability you just need to show it through being more active with JAF and leading wars. Just show the initiative.
