What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Even if just only in D-Block, make crouched speed while enraged equal to run speed while enraged - In addition to the planned change of allowing 096 to jump.
- Implement the ability for 096 to see vague regional locations of 096-1s on HUD.
- EDIT: (For timer purposes) Give 096 a bodycam, probably hide it inside his model or make it invisible for him.
- EDIT 2: Remove 22415's ability to bucket 096.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Improved breach experience for 096.
- Completely stamps out D-Class abusing vents & railings to prolong their escape from 096 - Additionally preventing instances of chain exposures of 096's face to the D-Class spawn area.
- Faster breaches.
- Ease of access to 096 SWEP - Especially for newer players that may not be aware of sub-levels and zones like elevators, or returning players unaware of map changes.
- EDIT: Assists with enforcing 096's specific rules.
- EDIT 2: Prevents a role that cannot be targeted by 096 from directly being able to contain it - Note: Just to nip this in the bud, I know ERT & OSuits are also not targetable by 096. 22415 is hardly comparable as the former are roles that only contribute to breach response under certain circumstances, while 22415 is available any time.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Unsure about any existing implementation of map regions in any functionality, but if there isn't anything suitable, may need additions or adjustments depending on what is present.
- Requires significant alteration to the 096 SWEP.
- EDIT: Just straight up adding a bodycam to 096 without anything to make it make sense may look strange.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I'm happy that Content changed their position on jumping and I highly anticipate the planned change to allow 096 to jump - But I'm still unchanged on my stance about crouch speed and vents.As things are presently, for 096 to get any D-Class that are trying to abuse railings and vents to evade him, 096 has to slide around in the vent crouched anyway. I had a 096 breach that got to D-Block earlier today and was reminded why I hate D-Block as 096 and why I originally made both the suggestion linked above, as well as the precursor suggestion to remove D-Block as a pic spawn location.
I don't get the continued resistance to this idea. Even if 096 is able to jump, when you run into D-Block, some guy is always gonna run into vents and then 096 is gonna be slowed down in the vents, then the guy can pop out at the other end, see if 096 is close and then jump the railing when he is. And then head straight back into vents when 096 is out.
"Oh, just turn around" Okay, what're you gonna do about the conga line of MTF behind you? It's just weird and stupid and 096 should just be able to move quicker through the vents rather than have to go through all this horseplay. Like, I'm all for D-Class stuff, but this is something I'd absolutely like to cull entirely. It's ridiculous.

As for the bodycam part - It seems strange on the surface, like why would 096 need a bodycam? And to answer that, I'd like to raise the denial for the 096 timer suggestion:
Which itself may seem somewhat weird initially - It's a timer. KH has (or at least for a time, had) a timer. There's some apparent weird complication it time accuracy, I guess? Okay - It's not a timer in the conventional sense, but bodycams have a time display built-in. You ever look at the top-right with a bodycam active? It shows the current time.We believe that this addition to the SCP is unnecessary and would be inaccurate, as certain things cannot be coded in that manner. All interactions need to be coded and flagged to function correctly; any deviation would render the system ineffective. We also think you should be aware of this rule, as the SCP is a whitelisted SCP with special regulations in place. Counting to 60 is also a possibility, or utilising an external system to track the time.
If we can't have a timer, then let us use the bodycam's time display on 096. And the best part about that is at minimum, it... Should require no additional implementation? You can just add a bodycam to 096's loadout and then we'll be able to use that. After all, the actual function of the bodycam is RP-based and has no actual gameplay mechanics - If it needs to not look weird, you could try doing something to make it not look weird. Or you could just contextualise it ICly as an attempt to put some kind of tracker on him or w/e.
A strange solution to a strange problem.
