Rule Suggestion Make surface towers not count part of base again

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Makes surface towers not count part of the foundation again like they used to be so it won't be base camp to kill people sitting in towers

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It used to be this way.
Foundation would roam surface more instead of sitting in surface towers like its deer hunting

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Foundation will die in towers more outside of raids

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It is a simple rule change and would make surface more active

The intent is to strengthen Foundations ability to defend their base, and they should be allowed to reasonably do that.

to be fair, foundation are not only terrible at attacking from their base but also awful at holding it

as someone who has played SOP stuff for a solid bit the towers are litreally one of the only reasons we are able to do stuff + if anyone shoots at u in towers you may respond by shooting them back its simple war.

Bad idea.

The intent is to strengthen Foundations ability to defend their base, and they should be allowed to reasonably do that.

Tell me how this will ruin the foundation's strength to defend their base if their towers don't count towards being in base, and CI/GOC can shoot anyone on the tower regardless of whether MTF shoots or not
Please explain with your SL wisdom

- Tower isn't even used for anything EXCEPT shooting people and even after they just crouch down or hide behind the tower so you can't see them. Tower often creates a giant issue with crossfire and wrong callouts about people being hostile.
