What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would add more management into the site staff team and also bring in more operators. The main change is having more people in charge day to day, so problems with staff can be dealt with there and then instead of always having to go to the site manager. It also means new staff can be trained properly and helped along as they learn the role.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
People might have suggested adding more staff before, but this is more about how the team is set up. It’s not just numbers, it’s about having the right people in the right places so things actually get dealt with instead of going round in circles.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
– Issues with staff can be sorted quicker and don’t keep happening.
– More chances for people to move up and take on more responsibility.
– Better training for new operators, so they know what they’re doing from the start.
– Less need to call the site manager for every small problem.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
– It might take a while to get the right people into the right roles.
– If things aren’t set up clearly from the start, people might not always know who to go to for what.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
In the long run, this would make day-to-day things easier for everyone. Issues would get picked up and dealt with sooner, staff would have more support around them, and there’d be less of the same problems happening again and again. It’s a bit of effort to put in place, but it would make the whole setup feel more organised and less stressful to work in.

I will say, this seems a little non-specific. Are you asking for a CL4 body that looks over Site Staff (A.k.a E&TS, chefs, etc) or are you asking for a sort of "lower Site Administration"?
The former has been recommended to death, it was found that E&TS and such did not need a managerial role due to the fact that all their roleplay should be coming from Site Administration as an RP lead or interacting with others. They are able to make that roleplay.
The latter I am interested if that is what you're recommending, but in general this is something that can be done by other CL4s if they need site staff, or Site Advisors. There is not usually a constant thing Site Admin needs to be doing, and interacting with these departments is a good way to pass the time.

Honestly, having someone to manage Site Staff (Not SA) won't be a terrible idea, most people who play site staff on US are minges so having a CL4 being able to remove those people would help. Plus also adds more roles to the server so older players might join that for different RP styles
SA can already do this

While this suggestion itself isn't well done, it would be nice to see a role added who can keep a closer eye on site staff. Currently the only people who take care of mingey site staff is isd and honestly half the time they don't bother because it's such a headache.

Something like a gsd sgt type deal but for site staff would be cool. Cl3 whitelisted role managed by merit and site admin approval who can do stuff like job bans and delegate tasks. Something like "logistics manager" or something.

Either way site staff need a closer eye.
