What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Would make it so that certain, most, or all chemicals would have varied, or strengthened effects dependent on if they are injected or drank.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Would allow for better balancing of combat chems, as they could give a reduced effect if drank in comparison to being directly injected
Would allow for more Chem RP as certain chems could give different effects if they're injected rather than drank

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Balancing issues
Combat players become upset over chem nerf

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think this suggestion would add some nice variance to the current Chemical system, as well as adding a bit more realism to the chems. Being injected should realistically cause strengthened effects as it enters directly into the blood rather than going through the digestive system. Whilst there may be some backlash by combative units, I feel that the overall gain that would be brought on by this change would be much enjoyed to the players who spend hours creating chems

There was this from last year which asked for a similar route of administration type tweak for chems.

I'm personally still a fan of going this direction with chem development and using it as a potential vehicle for balancing, especially since you can only inject one chem from an injection vial (try putting 2 chems into an injection vial and injecting somebody with it, it only injects one of the chems)

I also wanna be able to self-inject

yknow I did not see that when I was looking through, I will say this differs slightly still tho as my proposal is more on the front of still allowing for chem drinking, just with reduced or altered effects of certain chems
