+support Having been sr.cl4, O-1 com and admin Grayman has both the skills and knowledge to do the job well. He understands the FLC well and takes a unique approach to all his arrests. I have no doubt he would bring his best if given the role.

+support From an FLC standpoint i can tell he understands it well, works well with all people i see him around with and when confronted with a situation always seeks to de-escalate/find out more. No doubt in my mind he'd make an excellent ECA. gl!!!

+++++support Arrest record would kill a victorian child, but outside of just playing around you can tell he genuinely cares about d-block and the RP around it. Really good sergeant and has probably the most experience in GSD that i've seen

[/SPOILER] What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?: I believe myself to be the best candidate due to my current role within the foundation, as an ISD inspector i would say i already understand the role a Jr.cl4 personnel has within the foundation as well as the limitations...
