+Support Elias has been my DoR since my return to the server, and helped me get to where I am now immensely. He's constantly working to help not just the Research Department but the entire server better through it. He's one of the most qualified people for this role and I hope to see him in it.

+Support I know I just put my own app in and Ricardo quite literally just became an Executive, but he would make a great DoR if given the chance. I do feel its a bit fast, but I don't 100% feel that its enough to discredit his push for this.
