500 no, as MC&D sell them. This could be good for D-Class, who would need to get to surface, but for CI? No. The other one seems quite minor and inconsequential. -

Horrendous idea. "Some RP" is an understatement. You're taking away all RP related to basic medical duties, with the only things being kept being major surgeries, and psych evals. This just encourages sticking to your bubble and not working with other departments. gee golly only if i could buy... -
