I think that positions like MTF CO need more vetting, and think the others that currently require it are fine as they are.

That is a fair perspective, but the problem is it just ruins it for everyone else. Breaches at those server pops are uncontainable, and the end result is usually that most of the rest of the server just leaves because it ruins their ability to do literally anything. So to me, having no SCP...

I've recently moved and haven't really had much time to play the game recently. Not sure when that will change, but I am still active on the forums and Discord and will (at some point) return to the game again. I'm more looking to just get my blacklist removed for a later date, not to rejoin...

There's no need for this. And also, I'm fairly sure that taking your post literally would mean that human features would be banned.

+Support on all but the cooldown. If 106 was more powerful, or harder to contain, then I'd support it. Honestly, if containment maintenance was here and worked well, 106 probably would be harder to recontain, but for now, that's sadly not the case.

I can think of reasons for like every job on the server. Janitor: someone needs to know how to properly clean 008 without fucking up. Engineering: someone needs to know how to maintain SCP chambers without fucking them up, and generally do RP related to CL4 areas, e.g. F3, SCPs, etc. and systems...

Because it only lasts until they die, switch jobs, or leave the server.

It should also do like 2 damage because if you shot someone with non-lethal stuff like this that was on the brink of death, it can still kill you

E&TS jobs use that comms line all the time

Or split it into more roles with lower numbers (i.e. around the same number of slots as now).

+Support Either limit it to sources that are actually fast, or just provide your own PAC upload service - you already have to pay monthly for PAC, might as well get something out of it.

Then add some CMissions to fight some NPCs or something from a different faction. Or more surface SCPs.
