Completely unbalances the server, doesn't carry the same logic on UK (we don't have HH), generally just an unneeded job that would create too many more combatives in foundation
You walk up to a person and hold E for a few seconds then get a menu that pops up. It lets you view their character/profile, give money or strip weapons and comms
Give the SWEP to combative jobs and D-Class as they're the only people who SHOULD be taking hostages anyway, the SWEP doesn't have a visible indicator that it's being used.
Claire's alternative is also a viable option.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make /me strips weapons and comms powergaming and replace it with the Strip W/C swep that MRP uses.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Removes unrealistic stripping of weapons and comms
- Allows for people to have a better chance...

Foundation cameras set to scan personnel on site would have a databse of personnel on site. GOI's would have no stored memory in said database and as such appear as unknown on the camera.
Cameras can very much be bypassed as easily as any door, you have to actually plan your raid now...

Good understanding of combative and passive RP, event ideas seem thought and would allow lots of player interaction as well as creating a nice story. The A-1 mini event however seems very basic to a CI Raid.

You have a great set of skills for GM; Friendliness, pac ability and creativity. All of your events will definitely be interesting and allow for natural player interaction

Your event plans are decent and the app is written well, as mentioned before the Foundation Staff event seems a tad mingey due to the nature of tech experts

US Server used to use R&D for raid types known as "on sites" were the goal was to test on SCP's. With the chemical update it would be beneficial to CI to do these types of raids as it means they can:
A) get RP out of a raid
B) have a better chance to get samples

The juggernaut is given additional HP and armour to compensate for CI's lower numbers and is given a unique model to help identify it. The CI TB is given the same model as a Delta OP (I think) because you're not meant to be able to ID a TB until it's too late.
