Gonna be that guy Apart from "muh perms" you'd give to this role, what else could it get? What content can other players unlock by getting this new role? I think its a great idea in principle but it needs a more rewarding aspect to it for the motivation factor so players work up to it

Yes, but thats not the problem. You on the US seek to restrict things where as the UK has no problem with this what so ever If you get trained within ISD and you start releasing people, you get job denied and staff will deal with them. I'm not sure why you guys are so hungry on restricting...
