The reason we still use m9k is because vguns doesn’t have very good support for grenades at the moment. The only vguns grenades in use right now are the chem grenades and from memory (I very likely could be wrong) they are quite hard coded to work as only chem grenades.

This is being denied because of the increase in entities this would require on the server. Our dev @Icarus is working on a virtual swep system to help with this issue, so until that goes forward no suggestions in this area will be accepted.

Afaik the suppressors actual purpose was for MRP as they had a suppression system built into the addon (you hear bullets that whiz past you, and get a visual effect or debuff if so).
Thats not used here to they really don’t serve any purpose.
This will just lead to metagaming. I.e. DEA keeping an eye on vents because there are parawatch online, or nu7 setting up raid prep because a heavy gun dealer flagged on. There is zero upside to this being made visible.
If you’re trying to plan RP you can just ask players to flag onto the jobs...

It is such a ballache configuring attachments. It was the most time consuming part of making the apex guns and I only had to do Sights and Utilities. This would be probably a month of work

So in order for DEA to have their own warfund assets (unique and not identical to nu7) they have to be set up with their own dummy battalion. That means they receive unique cmissions as a direct result, not something I can change.
The other stuff is a good idea tho
