My current computer Runs: Ryzen 5 3600 RTX 1660 Super 20 gigs of RAM I currently get around 50 fps during low hours and 15-20 fps during peak hours What would be a good idea for upgrades for my computer so that Gmod runs better?

That might just be because of Lag/High Ping or you were shooting at a GOC Jugg

SL are attached to roleplay more than they should be. Faction leaders should be able to do what they want with RP without always having SL Interfering (Unless absolutely necessary)

UNGOC isn't a fully combative faction and GOC already have very powerful guns on most of there roles, the air strike/1000lb is more suited for combating SCP's anyways. Having powerful PVP supports + minor AOE's for both Foundation/CI makes sense because they are technically always at war
