I don't think you've even made an actual suggestion here? What exactly do you want changing here - you say the rules on thaumos, but not how you want them to be changed. This seems like you just gave AI the template and a prompt like "make the rules for thaumos better".

The proximity VC really needs changes tbh - any window or whatever and you can't hear them in VC but can in text, it's very annoying

Only if it's optional - there's a tradeoff between letting friendlies know you're just typing and to wait, and letting enemies know you're typing and can't fight back - it's metagaming or whatever, but people do it.

The random blackouts only occur when an SCP is considered breached. My preferred solution would be 2B.
