it can be explained very easily, the "wall" is a screen with cameras on both sides displaying the output of the camera on the other side, and the cameras output get put with whatever the scramble is coded with!!

While this is my own take on it I think it should go like this; 096 Breaches, around 3-6 SCiPNET computers displays 096's face, after someone has looked at a computer they all reset and enter the broken state (blue screen) in which an IT technician or a tech expert would then come to fix them...
