doesn't change what i've said? that's just how i see this suggestion tbh the problem is it's so incredibly difficult to prove this (and so easy for somebody to think that a raid is one) that it'll waste staff time and hold up raids, imagine: CI wants to raid LCZ for a certain SCP, for one...
