From what i know the only way to get the whitelist is either being Event team or GM/Staff. A couple months back there was an attempt to actualy bring it back but the staff member in charge barely did anything

Yes for 1, but for 2 the main issue is i wasnt breach when the admin made the clarification which is why i made it a part of this. The SCP's broke all my doors and then i got the clarification that i was allowd to leave (Not breached). (I'll update the suggestion to make it more clear)
