3. Do you have any bans? (ANY BANS WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPLICATION BEING WITHDRAWN) -
No

4. Do you have a mic? -
Yes

5. Is this your first application? If not please link ALL previous CGSF applications -
This is my first application for CGSF

6. If you had to estimate, how many hours of Police/SWAT role-play would you say you had? -
The vast majority of my 3,000+ hours in GMOD have been as Government jobs. At a rough estimate I'd say 1,000-1,500 hours or more. I wont lie though my skills are a little rusty right now, as I am just getting back into the game after over a year. My skills will return in time.

7. How would you deal with a suspect that was failing to cooperate with officers? -
Firstly attempt to calm the subject, these situations should always at least attempted to be calmed peacefully, if hostility continues I would call for additional units to attend, these situations can become hostile fast and it never fails to be prepared, once backup arrives continue with attempts at calming the suspect and attempting to resolve the situation peacefully. If hostility continues and the subject still remains non-compliant after multiple orders and attempts at peaceful resolution an arrest is justified, in which I would call for an available arresting officer while keeping the suspect detained either in restraints of via FearRP until an available officer arrives at which point the suspect is arrested without a single round fired or life endangered.

8. What would you do if you saw an Officer die? -
Immediately request Code 3 combat ready backup to the scene and get behind the nearest cover while keeping the suspect/s in my sights. Depending upon if the suspect has dropped/lowered/put away their weapon deadly force is not immediately justified, in which case I would close the distance to the suspect and cuff them ready for the backup Police Officers to arrest upon arrival. If the suspect had not disposed of their weapon and had instead turned to engage me deadly force would be authorised, in which case I would immediately engage the suspect with my weapon in addition to trying to get behind the nearest available cover, once safe to do so Code 3 backup would be called and a request for all officers to respond would be given on the radio, diving in and out of cover while engaging the suspect/s with my weapon would continue until either the suspect/s surrender peacefully, are killed in combat or I am slain whilst attempting to avenge my fallen brethren.

9. During raids you will be required to act in a tactical and effective manner. If required how would you lead a raid? -
Firstly, the area needs to be secured and all uninvolved parties must be escorted away, secondly a rule-compliant raid assisting dupe needs to be established outside the base in question (this wouldn't be done by me though sadly as my saved dupes got deleted somehow, I will make more though eventually though) thirdly, clear and direct commands followed by capable and experienced leaders are utterly essential during raiding operations and as part of CGSF my raid leading would consist of the absolute peak of this doctrine. Lastly, I believe simple strategy could make raids an easy task if we had the manpower available, first of all the tank-y heavily armed units go in first to lay down the firepower after shields have been put down in entries to provide some safe harbour for damaged units, these would be followed a the second wave of combat capable but lesser equipped units of available CGSF of SWAT/Police units to mop-up any left overs or to assist in base cleanup operations, these would finally be followed by any additional lightly armed and non-combat capable units units available at the time to assist in cleanup or any further operations followed again by any available medical units to heal or revive any downed comrades or possibly crossfire or injured civilians in the area following the raid. Any and all illegal items will be seized or destroyed and any surviving/surrendered suspects are to be questioned then peacefully arrested. This is a far better alternative to the current raid routine which just seems to be charge into a hail of enemy gunfire and die one after another, an ineffective and wasteful strategy in my eyes.

10. If a suspect runs away from you as you're talking to him what would you do? (Keep in mind that failing to stop after being signaled by the police is a crime) -
This scenario should always end peacefully in my opinion, arresting peacefully should always be far more preferable to dumping 30 rounds into someone for having the sheer audacity to walk away, thankfully as CGSF and Police units are well-funded and well-equipped stun-guns are in plentiful supply, hopefully meaning the likelihood of this scenario ending in bloodshed or violence are low. At any rate, the suspect should be ordered to stop either in voice chat or with an advert, whichever is easier, following non-compliance stun-guns should be deployed to attempt to immobilise the suspect, once a hit has been had quickly apply hand cuffs and then call for an available arresting officer, in the meantime I would weapon check the suspect ensuring I wont have any nasty surprises should the suspect somehow manage to break out of cuffs, I would then secure the scene checking for any possible evidence or dropped illegal items in addition to possible accomplices. Once the arrest has been made and the street made just that little bit safer, it's straight back to assisting the next raid or patrolling the streets as directed by CGSF Command.

Do you meet the following criteria?
- Ability to stay calm -

I believe so. I am quite laid back and mellow in GMOD these days I like to think.
- Polite yet forceful -
I like to think so, it doesn't hurt to have a huge combat vest and rifle on display when it comes to getting compliance from suspects.
- Effective coordination -
This is an area I could do with some work on I think, again I am coming out of a year hiatus from GMOD and any real "skill" based PvP combat, this is something I will relearn in time though I am sure of it.
- Excellent marksmanship -
I believe I am a fairly capable marksman, lag and ping permitting.
-Great role-play ability -
What little there is to be had on DarkRP admittedly, I believe I possess a good but not great RP ability.

Rate out of 10 your skills on these
- Ability to stay calm: 9
- Polite yet forceful: 8
- Effective coordination: 6
- Excellent Marksmanship: 8
- Role-Play Ability: 7

Thank you for your consideration :)
