Denied 912 Rule update and equipment update

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[912 rules and possibly some of his equipment as 912 should be allowed access to gensec comms and radio for better communication in many circumstances and that he should be granted a cl1 keycard to open low level doors including D-block to assist for the rule change 912 should be able to refuse orders that are unreasonable or against what his orders intel ethically etc meaning you cant order him to beat d-class to death and no warning in airlock and that this means it'll be more better to improve RP so that things run more smoothly as for the rule suggestion 912 cant be re-contained without valid proof of what had happened for him to be recontained and shouldn't be re-contained if it is deemed necessary by ISD inspector+ or sergeant+ so that if something happens it is their call to recontain him or not and must provide evidence. ]

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[ 1 This can improve RP and decision making in regards of gensec rp and other rp so that things run better 2 if given this rule and equipment this may mean that it can make things run smoother leading to quicker reaction being taken in regards of d-block RP and etc.]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[1 this can interfere with certain actions taken in IC in the server for example if GSD were to try to recontain me theyd need more evidence and proof to do anything about it plus it would have to had been a very good reason which can lead to aggression and people being upset 2 with the new radio for 912 this may lead to arguing and problems as to whether he should or shouldnt have a radio]

If you aren’t following orders that is like #1 reason to recontain 912. This includes only taking orders which are ethical. It is a staff issue if9 12 isn’t following orders while not breached but recontainment or leaving the scp cuffed is often done. No idea why your crashing out but 912 can’t choose what orders to do kind of his whole thing

ISD inspector is one the people you said in this suggestion who would be able to order recontainment thats why i mentioned it as a person who would still be able to recontain you if this somehow goes through I would recontain you if you did not follow orders

See? GSD's job, not some random SCP. Yes 912 can HELP, but it is not 912's job to sit in D-Block.

or you could just stun stick the door OR do the EVER SO HARD method of walking up to someone and saying "Hey. Can you open this door?" We're people, we evolved vocal cords to communicate. Use em.

As I said before you're playing 912 to be GSD that can't die and all of your arguments have so far shown that because it ALL revolves around D-Block vs actual RP as the character.

Or because someone isn't playing the character they selected to play and just wanna be GSD that can't die, so people are recontaining you because you're a SCP throwing a temper tantrum.

You have proven in your replies throughout this thread you have 0 intent to play 912 as a SCP, but instead as a glorified GSD, which is why I keep pointing out you're probably not too grand at combat and got stabbed by a D-Class 1 too many times.

Sounds like cope to me TBH, but I'll get into this, 912 is a semi sentient suit of armor, it has the knowledge to follow orders from combatives and does not have the knowledge to think for himself. Also giving a breachable SCP access to comms would be fucking horrible for breaches. Also orders for recontainment are in character you can't make an out of character ruling for who can and cannot recontain 912 and for what reason.

so you think its fair to make 912 do whatever regardless of ethics and etc? you think its ok to fucking recontain 912 for whatever reason is that what im hearing if thats the case whats the point of 912 rp if half the time he just fucking gets recontained for some stupid reason or if its unethical/unreasonable.
