Partially Accepted Add an anti-dimensional travel barrier

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds something similar to the shield wall that will kick anyone currently in a dimension out of it, to the Foundation Cartographer

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Shadow Realm is less overpowered
- More control over general mingery for important areas

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Makes raids with dimension slightly harder
- Only buffs Foundation
- Foundation might not be able to control whoever is on cartographer to use it well

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think it should be accepted because it offers at least a slight bit of counterplay to the new dimensions.
Only giving it to the Foundation cartographer is important because the GoIs have single hallway entrances which would basically make their bases dimension proof.
Also only giving it to that job would mean there is only a single possible wall, which isnt nearly enough to cover the whole site, meaning one place would have to be chosen to protect especially.

More dimensional counterplay, please!

What about adding an effect that slowly ticks at a players HP after a short period of time have it go into effect. Increase the increments of damage it does over time. You could probably find a good balance where they can't remain in the dimension for too long but just long enough to make it useful. I believe something like that would cause people to consider more carefully when and where they should use it.
