Accepted Add Male 09 model to SP Agent & Field Agent

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
its literally just adding male 09 models to Special Agent & Field Agent, literally operative and agent, alongside senior agent, DoEA And AM's all have it except for SP & Field agents.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

This is the most simple and easy thing to add, it can literally be done within a single hour.
