Content Suggestion Add more no regiment jobs

The other day I got on the server to check out the update, the war hasn't ended and I already got off because I was reminded how unfun it is to play this server without a medic job, to get the medic job I have to join a regiment and play for at least 5 days to get promoted to CPL because for some reason you guys decided to make the levels useless



What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add a medic job for infantry / no regiment that requires levels, can have a limit if needed
more jobs can be added such as an autosniper job with like 1 slot

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ Players that dont play the server daily are more likely to play if they have access to more than 1 job, giving more of a reason to play to "casual" players that wanna hop on once a week
+ Players can regularly play the server without having to worry about their activity or requirements for their regiment



Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Some might be less interested in joining a regiment, but not really

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because I wanna be able to hop on the server time to time with on a job that isnt infantry without having someone on discord pinging me that my loa is over

Hi @Hoxton, I won't be leaving a verdict on this suggestion but do want to add something.


In the discord there is actively a vote for Infantry regiments which would incorporate part of this suggestion alongside creating better retention of these regiments and new players. As of writing this, the vote is sitting at 33 for and 8 against and will be discussed during the Server Leadership meeting on Sunday.

Hopefully if all goes well it'll be a good change for the server and would remove this feeling of getting nothing to start off with.
