Denied Add timers/button cooldowns to elevators

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion takes the button cooldown from the HCZ Prim lift, and adds it to the other elevators across the map ESPECIALLY Ez-Floor 2 elevator and the two Lobby elevators, it is absolutely frustrating everytime someone spams a button and keeps screwing up the elevator especially in Code black scenarios, additionally if you add a cooldown the elevator wont bug anymore during CI Floor 2 raids.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

...Maybe not the exact same delay, I'm thinking slightly less would be fine, but I definitely think we need at least half a second's worth of delay - Too many times has something like a tech expert interfered in the movement in a large group of people because they wanted to get their funny 294 explode drink to Medbay.

Most IRL elevators have delays to them, idk what are you talking about.

If you want realism then add a weight limit to those elevators.
