Accepted Add Vehicle Repair Tool to 1st/17th CO Job

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add the Vehicle Repair Tool to the following 2 jobs:
1stAL - Commissioned Officer
17th - Commissioned Officer

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I dont believe so

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows CO's to repair their vehicles whilst also being on the CO job for the weapon/construction kit
more a QOL change.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Adds more Repair Tools to jobs.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I personally believe this would just be a simple QOL change. It doesn't add much and it would make it mirrored as SWB/JAF CO jobs have them.
