What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It adds some way for the "regular" players to read and understand what "laws" there are in the site. Apart from being very uninformative, there is no way to find the legal codex except inside the interrogation room or discord, which is hard for a regular new player to find. There is also very little information on the charges, which leads to unexplainable arrests. As an example, I was infected as a CS and used the foam where I had walked to remove the infection, I was promptly cuffed, blindfolded and put in jail for this. I had no way of knowing this was against anything, nor that the foam couldn't be used on common diseases. The point is that the charges are very vague compared to the previous COE/COC.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
New and regular players understand what is arrestable and not.
Less confusion about the charges.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Alot of work and many possible loopholes.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
To prevent confusion about the legal codex.
