Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- I've never been banned/kicked but I've received 4 warnings, however haven't received one in around a month.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
- No.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
- Yes within civil gamers and within other servers like Fudgy's Dark RP, Ive experienced the most within Civil Gamers MRP and have took part in the events that have took place within MRP, from map change events to game master events.
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
- I don't have a specific time for how long i can be on as time will vary from day to day but in the past 2 weeks on MRP alone i have around 100 hours and going forward i would say daily time could range from 3-6+ hours on the server.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- As a member of SWB there have been many times i realise the amount of work that moderators must do to keep up with the intense amount of sits they are being called upon as my regiment alone calls 10s of sits an hour if trainings are going on, I would not only like to alleviate some of this stress but also to act as a helper across the server as I believe I can help the server as an active member of staff. Another reason is that I personally see members of the community run into small issues daily in which I would be able to assist will were I apart of the staff team.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
- I think my activity stands out from others on the server as Ive been able to dedicate alot of my time to MRP and will be able to more so should i become staff, I also believe I have an unbias view towards the community and this will be best suited in a moderator position, as an example of this, I have voiced concerns to the admins about the balancing of SWB's helis compared to NATO even though in my opinion the balance is much more favoured towards SWB than JAF. I also believe that I am very approachable and friendly to those who speak to me and I can act as a moderator people are able to talk to about issues without seeing them as intimidating because of that staff members position.
