What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Allows the following ranks (and all above them) to accept and create Battalion Transfer requests:
Foundation - MTF Major+ (Including Site Administration/Site Command ranks)
Chaos Insurgency - Major Commander+
Global Occult Coalition - Major+
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ Would allow for faster transfers into regiments
+ Would remove the requirement for staff for transfers, at least for MAJ/MCOM+ (LT and CPT/DELCOM and BCOM still need to do the normal way)
+ Would make MAJ/MCOM ranks on par with Dpt. Directors (As of today, Dpt. Directors can now give whitelists to their specific Jr. CL4s, although it is yet to be implemented, the framework is there.)
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Staff would lose reqs (So sad they can't just take 10000 "transfer to CI" sits to meet reqs [I'm former staff I'm just as guilty as the rest of you])
- Dev time/coding?
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Overall, a QoL suggestion that I feel would benefit all 3 factions and would make staff jobs a bit easier (though, as I said, they lose the free sits). There would be less wait times for Battalion Transfers, less staff sits piling up which would result in more important sits (such as RDM/FRP) getting taken faster over Battalion Transfers, and improving the CO experience for all Regiments.
