Denied Allow MAJ+ To add and remove licences from their troops

It would allow a MAJ+ To give Licences that are for the regiment with out needing staff

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Gives MAJ+ More control over who can have what licences

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Abuse but if its only the licences that the regiment gets now then this would not matter

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think this should get accepted to help MAJ+ Command there regiment

Hi h10wen, Your suggestion has been denied.

After talking with other members of SL we have decided to deny this. It would be easily abused and would only create problems for staff. We would also have no way of checking that training for that license has been done.​
