Denied Ammo Stash cooldown reduction

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Reduce the cooldown from using the supply stash by 15%

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I know of

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows for quicker responses to breaches/raids/surface scps
Allows my mental health to stabilize whenever I respawn and die within the span of 10 seconds, forced to wait over a minute for the cooldown to be over

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Quicker responses to raids and breaches

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I find it pretty annoying for the cooldown to still be over several minutes whenever I die and respawn in the span of just seconds.
It'd be a basic QoL change

The fact that you're dying within seconds of respawning also implies that you aren't shooting more bullets than you spawn with anyways. Guess there's no harm regardless, though.

-Fine as it is right now imo - No need for it to be buffed
-Would be slightly easier to rely on field kits and not medkits (Kinda takes away from medical a bit. Not too much so idk if it would make a difference)
