Please give some lore about your HC character and what storylines they would be involved in:

- After getting his degree in national cybersecurity, Andrew earned himself a commission as a 2nd lieutenant, intelligence officer aboard a Type 26 frigate. After a year and a half of active service, he was seconded over to NATO ground forces to continue his cyber specialism, joining the SAS towards the end of a deployment in Poland. Andrew then stuck with the SAS through a tough deployment in Vietnam, where he picked up many skills in covert and guerrilla warfare techniques. When it came time for a change in deployment location to the sandy dunes of Afghanistan, he offered his services to the 17th Armoured Regiment, where he enjoyed his role so much he stuck with the regiment and eventually made it to regimental command.

What are the responsibilities of HC in RP?:

- NHC has a range of RP responsibilities, such as generating enjoyable RP moments across the side as well as keeping everyone on task. They assist in all manner of duties around the base as well as organise larger-scale operations ranging from FOB building activities to war coordination and oversight. An NHC member also is there to advise and assist regimental commanders with any queries they may have day to day.

What are the responsibilities of HC out of RP?:

- An NHC member should be approachable for any member of NATO should they require a pointer on where to find documentation or how to proceed within the side. High command is also tasked with ensuring documentation and records are kept up to date. They will also keep in regular out-of-RP contact with regimental commands in order to gather first-hand information about how regiments are doing and possibly set up meetings or interventions if needed for those regiments.
