- I want to Help the USSR in the lack of people on the first wars to lead and i want to make a change to that because always when im on the first wars there aint almost no one trying to lead. ps i know i can lead without being UHC but no one takes orders from non-uhc seriously

Hello artyom, over time of being ABT CO you have been good help but unfortunately after overseeing your activity for past month i think that you would need to improve on next things to be best addition to UHC

Experience: you lack experience as a leader. I do not mean wars, but leading people into conducting "healthy" activities for USSR

Activity IG and TS3 : you have been active theres no doubt to it but it could have been a lot better.

Other than that you are very mature and friendly and i never have seen you or heard of you minging what so ever

I know we've haven't spoken much and I try not to comment on things to do with USSR as a NATO main. However I don't believe that you're ready from UHC as your activity could improve, you could also maybe get a higher rank in ABT before going for UHC but that is just my opinion.

Artyom, you're dedicated. You show that to me every day with the amount of work and effort you put into ABT. I have 1 problem with you becoming UHC and that is your leadership. In my opinion you need to be more of a leader. This is paramount for UHC, for my support I would like to see you leading the ground part of the regiment more. It could be that I take a forceful role when I'm on and you don't get a chance to show your skills however, this is my opinion.
