What will you do to stop this from happening again: i have been thinking about what i said to nathan and how it affected me and others including nathan and how it has stopped me from being able to enjoy the server and now I know i will never do it again and im sure of it i never want this this to happen again
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? i have been banned once and warned a few times for minor things

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: by keeping to myself and not saying bad things anymore
