What makes you the best candidate for High Command?: From the first day of joining NATO, I have shown nothing but respect to the higher ranks and will to support the war against the corrupt enemy side. I serve with clean dignity, provide help, assistance, and advice to anyone who needs it. I'm open, friendly, accurate and very polite at all times. My quality of service gave me a bunch of great friends and colleagues from different regiments and ranks.

Strengths:
Calm: Able to work under stressful situations.
Professionalism: Doing duty as it's supposed to be with special care.
Manager: If something stands out and needs to be fixed - I fix it. No exceptions.
Understanding: Able to listen to and value someone else's opinion.
Weaknesses:
Low War Leading Experience: I have led a small amount of wars. This weakness is partially fixed by my observation of others' leading tactics.
Sensitivity: My openness can lead to high sensitivity. If someone would treat me in a disrespectful way - I can take it to a degree I feel needed.
