What does this suggestion change/add/replace : balance system whenever a side is outnumber it gives a option to a few people on enemy side to get into same regiment and rank for that war then deranked after. (bare in mind this is a yes or no answer to if they want to switch)

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2): makes server balanced and not like 40:15. Makes it so people want to switch team as they keep their rank
Possible Negatives of the suggestion: could be unused, and abused as well
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: I believe the server is very outnumbered to one side and this could bring the server back to life
