As much of a badly written appeal this is, the ban itself only happened because someone engaged (and tried to scam) Dave and others and Dave shot some of them, causing said people to get butthurt. Dave was banned not because of actual server rules (he was well within his right) but instead because of the feelings of people who werent telling the whole truth. Unban my man
