- I have 1 ban for LTARP (My game crashed and didn't want to start back up) and 1 kick for being "AFK" on the DI job

- I am currently SCO in the ISAF regiment and this is the second time I have reached SCO.

- What makes me a good candidate is that I have good relations with most other players, I work together with everyone else and I am active.

- Billy first joined the Netherlands Military and worked his way up the ranks until he rose to the rank of COL after which he kept working day and night to earn his way within the High Command Team

- NHC is responsible for leading NATO in wars and making sure regiments are doing their job inside or outside the base.
What are the responsibilities of HC out of RP?:
-NHC is responsible for assisting regiments that are struggling with certain issues such as having no/inactive RC/CO. They also need to set a good example within NATO by for example following the rules.
