- I wish to help out the USSR and lead as many wars to victory as i can. I can come up with great warplans and use our tac tablet assets to our disposal the best way possible.

For clarification - after speaking with Mate, we decided to allow him to essentially continue his prior application despite it being denied. He has a wealth of prior experience and is exactly what UHC are looking for.
