I have been RC for 10thSD, I have spent time in UHC and reached the rank of LTGEN as an SC. I have also been a Major in 17th and SLT in SHA.

ISAF
What rank are you looking to enter your chosen regiment in?:
Ideally SNCO+
What makes you the best candidate for your chosen regiment?:
I have spent time in both ISAF and SHA, I am familiar with how infantry can properly function on every MRP map bar Vietnam, but I would say I am a skilled player who can make good use of the specialiased jobs that ISAF can offer.

List your strengths and weaknesses:
Veteren player who has achieved high ranks in basically every regiment, good leader as shown by being HC and RC. I am familiar with infantry regiments as I have been SNCO+ in both ISAF and SHA.
Activity can vary but if I am allowed this transfer I can promise I will be as active as you'd expect an SNCO, have a history of trolling but I know when to be serious and when I can have a little fun. I have not played NATO in a while so will need to readjust.

What are the responsibilities of the position you are applying for?:
To keep regiment active by conducting trainings during peacetime, give a hand in the leadership during wars within the regiment and to help retain ISAF playercount and boost numbers.

What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?:
Keeping the players busy, making sure new Pvts are in TS3, retention.

Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?:
Speak to new Pvts about what they can do in ISAF, do not just let them join other regiments without attempting to keep them in the regiment.
