What is the case against you?:
I abused my staff permissions by spectating a player to gain an advantage by kidnapping him(this was reason for blacklist)
The reason I was removed from gamemaster was due to me committing MRDM and wanting to leave the server

Yes, from gamemaster around 2-3 years ago now.
Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned?:
Yes I have been banned, warned and kicked, but apart from 1-2 instances these were all from 2021-22
What is your side of the story?:
I did abuse my permissions as staff, I for some reason was under the thought that using spectate in console would not flag up, it did. This is something that would cause me to be removed from staff alongside my attitude when confronted but this was all cleared up with Alex but it was too late the damage had been done.
Now for GM part, I was burnt out from playing the server WAY to much and I wanted an easy way out, instead of just telling the current SL at the time I was wanting to leave, I made the stupid decision to MRDM and get banned.
Why should you return / what will you change?:
I have saw the current decline in the current state of MRP over the last few years, I feel like some voices are going unheard and some suggestions are being ignored. As I am in communication with a lot of current players I feel like I would be a good voice for the community.
I also want to carry on helping the server by making sure that the server is played properly and how it was meant to be.
I have great care for the server considering this is basically all that I have played over the last 5 years.
