Can't play SCP server, help

I join and it just says waiting for servers and doesn't show my charachters. When i try to make new one nothing happens

This is currently a bug that happens sometimes after joining, you simply have to rejoin. (If rejoining doesn't fix it: Rejoin again. (It's a strange bug, however the only known way of currently playing with the bug, is just to keep rejoining until it works.))

It's working now after 1 hour of joining and leaving

We are investigating a fix for this, in the meanwhile the only solution is to rejoin until it works again.
