Denied Change A1 Models

What does this suggestion change:
Removes the "I.S.D." from the back of the A1 models, as well as making any mention of ISD classified.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
Fixes an extreme inaccuracy to lore.
Makes A1's models up-to-date with the changes to information.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Development time.
Potential large change to old documents.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The model change should at least be accepted since A1 is declassified, and the lore change should be accepted because, in lore, the Internal Security Department is a top secret department consisting of agents embedded in other departments to monitor loyalty of members, as well as uncovering any deep cover operatives from GOI's.

The yellow does not have to be apart of the change, as it would be a large change to Site-65 lore, and could possibly be very hard to fully implement.
