Pending Review Change AG/SAS

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Caps numbers at 20
Buffs AG's/SAS' Primary Weapons
Give special equipment deployable shield, sticky grenade etc
Increase the Rank back to what it was Previously to Join AG/SAS
Actually get it in heads that AG/SAS shouldn't have lots of players, instead they should be a group of people you can send that's deadly with High Quality and good quality of Roleplay and a tight nit group of people that people in Infantry regiments should aspire to be in if they want a serious aspect.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No however, this is how SAS/AG was when the server was first released and slowly drifted away to basically just being 'better infantry'.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
AG/SAS are seen as a 'superior' regiment in terms of quality, with a clear and concise gap between SHA/ISAF and SAS/AG.
SHA/ISAF still get more equipment as per say with more AT4's, Matadors, Stryker, MRAP etc. however AG/SAS would end up being a 'death squad' you can send to get shit done basically.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Realistically, the cap would be the issue however you do it based on a reduced activity allowance basis where maybe instead of 7 days demotion, its 5 days for example.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Literally just goes back to how SAS and AG were when the server was first released where there was literal waiting lists for people wanting to join which meant that they played the server just in hopes for the slim chance of a ridiculously hard SAS/AG tryout.

actually i got in first try as a nato pvt back in october of 2020 when i started playing so it mustn't have been hard

+Support all except the weapons buff given they shouldn’t be just given OP guns, the extra equipment is fine imo but I’d say the point of being special forces is more that your skilled in actual combat and more capable (aka getting good KDs) and a weapons buff would just make it annoying for other players and take away from that aspect

The AS VAL is absolutely abysmal for AG. While it may seem like I am coping about this, there is actually little reason to join AG at the current moment. Its simply just less fun, as the equipment you get is just less fun/interesting. While AG get the grapple and some cool abilities, hacking etc I just don't think its enough to make people to want to play.

SAS+AG when the server was first released had better weapons than anyone on the server, much like the LR300 and the Ghost R5 are right now, SAS/AG should have the best stats. In lore, they're special forces - more experienced. Hence why for example CSB were given shit guns with lots of recoil and spread becuase they 'werent military trained'. Just makes sense imo.
