What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Let any regiment with a tactical drone license take a cargo drone to supply fob's when no JAF/SWB are online. However they should be given training or be proficient enough at piloting to be given the license.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
FOB's that cannot be reached by supply truck can be resupplied when there isn't any JAF/SWB on the server.
When supplying FOB's in the morning, for example, whoever is doing such can take a cargo drone, which makes it fairer as not being able to supply a FOB for example on dome, can do so without the need of a pilot online.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Could possibly be abused and stocks wasted, however if the person is a sufficient pilot with drone training this can be avoided.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It doesn't make too much sense why we have a tactical drone license for a drone that doesn't really do anything. Having it only where the drone license works for only 1 out of the 2 drones doesn't make much sense either. Implementing the license requirement for the supply drone allows people who are already able to fly with the drone license take out a cargo drone to supply FOB's if there isn't any aerial regiments online.
