Denied Change CL on vehicle elevator

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Response here]It would change the vehicle lift keypad scanner to SSGT+/1st Al / AOR

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2): When 1st Al are trying to get a tank back into base some random PFC hasn't lifted the elevator up so the tank gets destroyed

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
PFC trying to deliver supply's will have to use vehicle ramp

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It should be accepted because 1st Al keep losing tanks because a PFC ect. Has lifted the vehicle elevator leading to the tanks being destroyed that would otherwise be destroyed

Hi Sam,
Your suggestion has been denied. Vehicle Elevators are one of four ways to get out of the base and with these restrictions, would mean that anybody between the ranks of PFC-SGT trying to get vehicles out via the vehicle elevator would have to wait for long extended periods of time. My recommendation is to report the PFC to the appropriate people and get them reprimanded somehow.
