The fall of "Rav Uchiha"
CI-████ ████ "Rav Uchiha" ████ near death experience during an exfil on a failed raid attempt on the foundation. "Rav Uchiha" was shot in his back and the bullet went fully through his chest, he collapsed to his hands and knees coughing and spitting up blood telling the rest to leave him an go, they refused to leave their commander behind they provided covering fire so they can pick up "Rav Uchiha" and take him to the transport vehicle. On the way back to the CI base "Rav Uchiha" kept going in and out of conciseness from the large amount of blood loss from the bullet wound. Upon arrival "Rav Uchiha" was fully unconscious with a weak pulse, they immediately took "Rav Uchiha" into med bay and hooked two iv lines to "Rav Uchiha" until they where able to get ██ blood for the blood transfusion.
[2 hours later]
Medical staff was not able to get any ██ blood in time causing "Rav Uchiha" to slip into a coma. Medical staff tried endless ways to the find a source for "Rav Uchiha's" blood type, in the mean time medical staff did tests and diagnosis on his organs. After sometime medical staff got a report from the lab that "Rav Uchiha's" organs where going into failure and if they couldn't get any ██ blood in time he will die to organ failure. Medical staff searched endlessly to find "Rav Uchiha's" blood type to save his life. While medical staff where searching for ██ blood the research team was coming up with a way to take "Rav Uchiha's" brain and consciousness into a device that they implant into a cyborg to hopefully prevent "Rav Uchiha" from dying.
The research team used Elon Musk's idea to upload the brain into drive and upload it to their cloud and configure it to be used with the cyborgs body. The research team split into 2 pairs to get this done as soon a possible to save "Rav Uchiha's" life, one team worked on the cloud while the other team worked on the cyborg to get it ready for the installation of the chip to transfer "Rav Uchiha's" consciousness over.

The research team was successful on getting the conscious uploaded into the chip and getting the cyborg full operational along with small editions of a tank on the back with coolants for the electronic devices inside the cyborg. Now came the time to fully commence the procedure to revive "Rav Uchiha", after a few moments the cyborg got up and started blankly at the glass window that divided "Rav Uchiha" and the research team. "Rav Uchiha" made his way off the table and walked towards the glass and placed his hand on the glass starring back at his own reflection, "Rav Uchiha" put his head down and stood in silence until the research team spoke over the intercom in the room. The research team asked him a few questions and code word checked him to fully make sure the procedure went all good.

Research teamed stated in documents about the conscious of "Rav Uchiha" after the switch from flesh to machine.

Research team after concluding all this information they finalized that "Rav Uchiha" is the same person he once was just a bit different with the way of thinking since he lacks human emotion and empathy for anyone living and dying. They state that he is safe to command CI as he once did before just needs to be monitored for a while for any malfunctions in the software.
