CI Warfund addition

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Gives CI Warfunds for hacking out SCPs of different classes (safe, euclid, keter) OR based on hack level cl4, 5, 6]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[ Allows CI to keep up with the 3 Foundation regiments who have warfunds missions (E11, NU7, DEA).

Makes CI have more incentive to breach different SCPs that they don't normally breach.

Would make Nu7 want to stop raids more often.]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Lowpop breaching (could probably be configured so they don't gain war funds below a specific player count for a hacking tho) EX warfunds cant be gained for hacking below 70 players (or only certin SCP ranks would give warfunds) EX keters below 90 pop dont give warfunds, euclid below 70 dont give warfunds, Safe below 65 dont give warfunds

Could possibly let CI get too much war funds If not balanced correctly]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[ Despite CI calling in one basic equipment a day MAXIMUM. We still loose war funds, despite winning every mission we possibly could that day. I feel like this could be balanced out into an actual feature in the server and help CI catch up with foundation in war funds and push CI to hack out SCPs they otherwise wouldn't (EX 082, 076, 079, 912,) (Toad had this idea i believe)]
 
I do agree with providing CI more warfunds through some method.

But I do not agree with doing so for hacking SCP's, as this will further motivate breaching for breaching's sake, which can limit other RP scenarios.

I mean this in the nicest way: skill diff.

I simply don't understand how CI could actively be losing war funds overall esspecially if (as you've said) they're only using 1 basic equipment per day. It is also entirely possible for war funds to be stolen through hacking the terminal in SA offices (which would require a similar hack to some SCPs / harder one).

Are you truly really losing war funds, and if so how? How are you spending so many and getting so little?

I and many others have said in other past suggestions of a similar calibre that content should generally never be balanced around player skill -

Although that went a little skewwhiff back with the Nu7 Jugg update; The primary problem being that kind of content can't be balanced per-server.

In this instance, I would understand changing something specifically US-side that could help US CI, my understanding of things on that front is that it's pretty terrible for them. There has to be a point where you realise you can't achieve parity for absolutely everything and some things need to be adjusted one way for balance's sake. I think if it's at all possible to adjust Warfund gain per-server, specifically for US CI, then that wouldn't be the end of the world.

This just encourages CI to mass breach every raid?
I agree that CI shouldn't be encouraged to mass breach under any circumstances, though. The gains should come from another source.
